It's been an exciting year for us here at FWB, with lots of exciting developments taking place behind the scenes to improve our customer experience. The first step on this journey was the launch of our new website, which has been live for a couple of months now! The new site offers a sleek new design that's easy on the eyes and a whole host of new features such as customer accounts, online trade account applications and an easier checkout process than ever before!
Today we would like to share with you some of the other exciting things we've been working on that will start rolling out over the coming weeks.
The New FWB Catalogue
We've been working hard on our new catalogue and are happy to announce that it's almost ready! The catalogue will highlight our key range of products across all of our product categories: Pipe & Fittings, Controls, Electrical, Metals, Rubber & Plastics, Tools, Fasteners, PPE & Workwear, and Janitorial & Site Maintenance.
As well as showcasing our huge range of products, the catalogue contains useful information such as sizing charts, tables and diagrams for you to use as a quick reference guide on the job, or to help ensure you're getting the right product for your business or project. The new FWB Catalogue encapsulates over 55 years of experience in a simple, easy to digest format.

Express Same-Day Delivery
We will soon be launching a same day delivery service to our customers in Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding area. This fast and convenient service promises to make getting the product you need easy and stress-free, getting the job done on time.
If you're within 15 miles* of our Stoke branch, order with our sales experts by 11am and get same day express delivery on orders over £25!

FWB Trade Account Login
Coming soon to our website is the FWB Trade Account Login Portal! This great new feature is the ideal solution for customers who have an FWB Trade Account.
The new Trade Account Login has a wide range of features to make it even easier to order with us and manage your account. Through the portal you can access your account details and order history, as well as place orders online. The robust online ordering feature even allows you to create shopping lists, repeat previous orders or create an order by uploading a spreadsheet. To make your purchasing experience even more convenient, the Trade Login has advanced search features to help you find exactly what you need quickly.

FWB App
Order on the go with the upcoming FWB App. Boasting all the same features as the FWB Trade Account Login, the app makes it easy to order with us no matter where you are. The app also features barcode scanning, making finding the exact product you need quick and painless. The app will be available on both Apple and Android devices.
The App and Trade Account login also feature a Click & Collect service, giving you the option to collect your items in-store if you'd prefer.
