It is our objective to review our performance levels through our continuous improvement programme to ensure we attain the degree of satisfaction of our customers.

As part of our quality improvement programme, all our sales staff regularly attend training sessions on the various products we offer to ensure the customer attains our first class service.

Our Quality Management System is fully accredited to BS EN ISO9001:2000 which is regularly audited by our internal auditors and externally audited by Bsi Management Systems inline with the standards requirements.

In addition to our ISO9001:2000 Accreditation, we have an additional Certificate of Approval from The Raytheon Aircraft Quality Support Company as a tooling sub-contactor at our Wrexham site, FWB Cymru.
